New York High School Softball - Oriskany gets by Edwards-Knox
June 4, 2022: Russell, NY 13684 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Oriskany Redskins (Oriskany, NY) and the host Edwards-Knox Cougars (Russell, NY), witnessed Oriskany's softball squad tip Edwards-Knox by a count of 5-4.
The Redskins now sport a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Argyle for a non-league match on Saturday, June 11. Oriskany will face a Scots squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Bolton/Schroon Lake (Bolton Landing, NY). The Scots record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Edwards-Knox moves to 13-4 on the season.
