Iowa High School Softball - Bondurant-Farrar nudges Knoxville
June 4, 2024: Knoxville, IA 50138 Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays (Bondurant, IA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Knoxville Panthers (Knoxville, IA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Bluejays now sport a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Carlisle for a Raccoon River challenge on Wednesday, June 5. Bondurant-Farrar will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Knoxville falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Albia (Albia, IA) to face the Blue Demons in a South Central challenge on Wednesday, June 5. The Blue Demons enter the challenge with a record of 5-4. Albia lost 8-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA)
