June 4, 2025: Birmingham, MI The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs (Detroit, MI) and the host Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI), saw University of Detroit Jesuit's baseball team gain a win over Seaholm/Groves by a tally of 17-2.
The Cubs (10-19) will now prepare for their battle against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils enter the non-league battle with a 31-7 record. In their last battle, Grosse Pointe South prevailed over Western International (Detroit, MI), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
