Iowa High School Softball - Twin Cedars succumbs to Wayne
June 4, 2025: Bussey, IA 50044 In Wednesday's non-league test, the Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA), by a tally of 16-2.
Next, the Falcons clash with the East Union Eagles (Afton, IA) in a Pride of Iowa test, on Thursday, June 5. Wayne will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Stanton (Stanton, IA).
The Sabers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Lamoni (Lamoni, IA). The Demons go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record.
