The Mercyhurst Prep Lakers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Tussey Mountain Titans to 2 in the Lakers non-league win on Thursday.

The Lakers now own a 24-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom Area for a non-league test on Monday, June 9. Mercyhurst Prep will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-7.

With the defeat, Tussey Mountain drops to 14-11 on the year.
