Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Downingtown East sneaks past Hempfield
June 7, 2023: Exton, PA 19341 The Downingtown East Cougars got by the visiting Hempfield Black Knights lacrosse team by a final score of 10-9 in Wednesday's non-league match.
With the win, Downingtown East betters its record to 14-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA) to play the Blue Streaks in a non-league match on Saturday, June 10. The Blue Streaks go into the match with a record of 19-1. Manheim Township won 14-11 in their recent non-league match against Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA)
With the defeat, Hempfield drops to 8-5 on the season.
