Iowa High School Softball - Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley nudges Kingsley-Pierson
June 8, 2024: Kingsley, IA 51028 Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS (Rock Valley, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Kingsley-Pierson Panthers (Kingsley, IA), 17-16 in a non-league challenge.
The NIGHTHAWKS now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Unity Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, June 10. Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley will battle a Knights squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Kingsley-Pierson falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA) to battle the Eagles in a Western Valley challenge on Monday, June 10. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-14. Lawton-Bronson lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodbine (Woodbine, IA)
