West Catholic Falcons (Grand Rapids, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host St. Johns Redwings (St. Johns, MI), 9-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Catholic upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Gladwin (Gladwin, MI) to battle the Flying G's in a non-league test on Saturday, June 12. The Flying G's come into the test with a record of 11-3. Gladwin won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Glenn (Bay City, MI)

With the defeat, St. Johns falls to 0-2 on the season.
