Iowa High School Baseball - Clarke defeats Perry
July 3, 2024: Osceola, IA 50213 The Clarke Indians baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Perry Bluejays to 2 in the Indians non-league win on Wednesday.
The Indians now own a 18-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carlisle for a non-league test on Monday, July 8. Clarke will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Saydel (Des Moines, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-19.
With the defeat, Perry drops to 9-15 on the year. The Bluejays host Des Moines North (Des Moines, IA) to clash with the Polar Bears in a non-league test on Monday, July 8. The Polar Bears go into the test with a record of 3-12. Des Moines North lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Marshalltown (Marshalltown, IA)
