Iowa High School Baseball - Lewis Central edges Dallas Center-Grimes
July 9, 2024: Dallas Center, IA 50063 In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Lewis Central Titans baseball team scored a close 4-1 victory over the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs.
The Titans (20-13) will now prepare for their game against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 15-17 record. In their last game, Le Mars held off Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Dallas Center-Grimes drops to 33-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Friday, July 12. The Wolverines go into the challenge with a record of 4-24.
