Oklahoma High School Softball - Dale bounces Sapulpa
August 10, 2023: Dale, OK 74851 Dale Pirates (Dale, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK), 9-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Silo for a 2A challenge on Friday, August 11. Dale will face a Rebels squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Atoka (Atoka, OK). The Rebels record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Sapulpa falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Chandler (Chandler, OK) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 10. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Chandler won 21-1 in their recent league challenge against Beggs (Beggs, OK)
