August 10, 2023: Big Sandy, TX 75755 Leon Cougars (Jewett, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cougars battle the Garrison Bulldogs (Garrison, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 11. Leon will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lorena (Lorena, TX).
With the loss, Harmony drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Crawford (Crawford, TX) to battle the Pirates in a non-league match on Friday, August 11.
