Georgia High School Softball - Cass bounces White County
August 10, 2024: Cleveland, GA 30528 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Cass Colonels (White, GA) and the host White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA), observed Cass's softball team get by White County by a tally of 7-0.
The Colonels (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Raiders go into the 4A Region 7 bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Southeast Whitfield County was routed by Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA), 13-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 12. White County will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 11-3 non-league loss to Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA).
