August 11, 2023: Austin, TX 78748 The Akins Eagles topped the visiting Navarro Vikings volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastside Early College for a non-league test on Saturday, August 12. Akins will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Manor New Tech (Manor, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-6.
The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Burbank (San Antonio, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 3-1 record.
