Richardson Eagles (Richardson, TX) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Independence Knights (Frisco, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 12. Richardson will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Raccoons come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Gunter (Gunter, TX).

With the loss, Independence drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Gunter (Gunter, TX) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 12. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 4-0. Gunter won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Frisco (Frisco, TX)
