The Ursuline Academy Bears volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lake Travis Cavaliers to 1 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Bears now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Springs for a non-league game on Saturday, August 12. Ursuline Academy will confront a Chargers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 6-1.

The Cavaliers (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Barbers Hill was nudged by St. John's (Houston, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
