In Friday's non-league contest, the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Dragons battle the McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 11. Round Rock will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Mavericks go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Giddings (Giddings, TX).
