Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars (Monroe, NC) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central Academy of Technology & Arts advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Union Academy (Monroe, NC) to face the Cardinals in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 13. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Union Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC)

With the loss, Lee Park Prep drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 12. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
