August 12, 2023: Cumming, GA 30040 Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chattahoochee for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 12. Tift County will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 21-0 non-league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Forsyth Central falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 12.
