Oklahoma High School Softball - Geronimo nudges Sentinel
August 12, 2023: Geronimo, OK 73543 Geronimo Blue Jays (Geronimo, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sentinel (Sentinel, OK), 5-4 in a league challenge.
The Blue Jays now sport a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Big Pasture for a Class B challenge on Monday, August 14. Geronimo will face a Rangers squad coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to Grandfield (Grandfield, OK). The Rangers record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Sentinel falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The travel to Burns Flat-Dill City (Burns Flat, OK) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 15. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-1.
