Texas High School Volleyball - Permian tips Denver City
August 12, 2023: Denver City, TX 79323 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) and the host Denver City Mustangs (Denver City, TX), saw Permian's volleyball squad nip Denver City by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Permian upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Andrews (Andrews, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 15. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Andrews won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Friona (Friona, TX)
The Mustangs now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Burges for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 12.
