August 12, 2023: Frisco, TX 75035 Independence Knights (Frisco, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Eastlake Falcons (El Paso, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Knights clash with the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 10 match, on Saturday, August 12. Independence will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX).
With the loss, Eastlake drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host El Paso (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 15. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 6-4. El Paso lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Northwest (Justin, TX)
