With the win, J.H. Rose improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rampants travel to C.B. Aycock (Pikeville, NC) to meet the Golden Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 13. The Golden Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 19. Middle Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC).
