With the win, Glen Rose advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Boyd (Boyd, TX) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 12. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Indians now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to China Spring for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 15. Sanger will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Chaparral (Killeen, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
