Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Yankton Bucks/Gazelles (Yankton, SD), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots confront the Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD) in a Class AA challenge, on Friday, August 20. Lincoln will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Cobblers enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 5-1 league win over Brookings (Brookings, SD).

The Bucks/Gazelles now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Harrisburg for a Class AA challenge on Tuesday, August 17. Yankton will confront a Tigers team coming off a 4-1 league win over Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
