The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA) and the visiting Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), saw Valdosta's volleyball squad beat Pierce County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Valdosta upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Camden County (Kingsland, GA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 13. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Bears now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Glynn Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1.
