Match Summary
This was a pretty good high school match. Both teams played well. Carroll was not as crisp in the 3rd set as they were in the 2nd. When two fairly even teams are playing, just a handful of points determines the outcome. That was true in this match. We mishandled two free balls. N. Miami scored one on the overpass. We botched another forcing us to free ball to them, which they scored moments later. We were aced twice using poor footwork, once being not one but two false steps. Lastly, we had a player who hit well for the for the match hit negative in the 3rd set. We had chances.
