With the triumph, St. Xavier advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Ballard (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 1-0. Ballard won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Louisville Collegiate (Louisville, KY)
The Crimsons now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Atherton for a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. DuPont Manual will clash with a Ravens team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Ravens record now stands at 0-1.
