Kentucky High School Soccer - Bardstown knocks off Larue County
August 13, 2024: Bardstown, KY 40004 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Bardstown Tigers (Bardstown, KY) and the visiting Larue County Hawks (Hodgenville, KY), saw Bardstown's soccer squad triumph over Larue County by a count of 9-1.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against John Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, John Hardin notched a victory over Fort Knox (Fort Knox, KY), 8-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Hawks battle the Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 15. Larue County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 8-0 league loss to Pulaski County (Somerset, KY).
