Texas High School Volleyball - Waco bounced by Seguin
August 13, 2024: Arlington, TX 76002 Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Waco Lions (Waco, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Seguin improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Everman (Everman, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, August 17. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-1. Everman won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX)
The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hill Country Christian School of Austin for a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. Waco will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hyde Park (Austin, TX). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
