Texas High School Volleyball - St. Michael's tips Salado

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Michael's Crusaders (Austin, TX) and the host Salado Eagles (Salado, TX), saw St. Michael's's volleyball squad nip Salado by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, St. Michael's upgrades its record to 3-7 on the year. The Crusaders travel to East View (Georgetown, TX) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 14. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-6. East View lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX)

The Eagles now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Giddings for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 14. Salado will play a Buffaloes squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cleburne (Cleburne, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 5-2.
