August 14, 2024: Pittsboro, NC 27312 Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Western Alamance improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors host Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Chargers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Alamance for a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. Northwood will face a Stallions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 1-0.
