August 14, 2025: Lithonia, GA 30038 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the M.L. King Lions (Lithonia, GA) and the visiting Heritage Patriots (Conyers, GA), saw M.L. King's football team gain a win over Heritage by a final score of 24-16.
With the win, M.L. King advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Tri-Cities (East Point, GA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, August 22. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Tri-Cities lost 57-14 in their recent non-league bout against Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA)
