Kentucky High School Soccer - Oldham County knocks off Carroll County
August 14, 2025: Buckner, KY 40010 In Thursday's non-league test, the host Oldham County Colonels soccer team scored a close 3-0 triumph over the Carroll County Panthers.
With the triumph, Oldham County moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Colonels host Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY) to clash with the Purples in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Purples come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bowling Green won 4-2 in their recent non-league outing against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY)
Next up, the Panthers play the Spencer County Bears (Taylorsville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, August 19. Carroll County will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY).
