Kentucky High School Soccer - St. Xavier knocks off Ballard
August 14, 2025: Louisville, KY 40222 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting St. Xavier Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Ballard Bruins.
The Tigers (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Brown (Louisville, KY). The Bears go into the District 26 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Brown Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY), 1-1, in a non-league test.
The Bruins now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eastern for a District 28 test on Saturday, August 16. Ballard will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 1-1 non-league DeSales (Louisville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 0-0.
