Texas High School Volleyball - Community can't get by Legacy
August 14, 2025: Nevada, TX 75173 Legacy Leopards (Wichita Falls, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Community Braves (Nevada, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Legacy improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Leopards travel to Ryan (Denton, TX) to meet the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 14. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Ryan lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX)
Next, the Braves meet the Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 15. Community will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Denton (Denton, TX).
