Texas High School Volleyball - Seguin over Covenant
August 14, 2025: Dallas, TX 75229 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX) and the host Covenant Knights (Dallas, TX), observed Seguin's volleyball team top Covenant by a count of 2-0.
The Matadors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Iowa Colony (Iowa Colony, TX). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Iowa Colony was defeated by Lake Travis (Austin, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Episcopal School of Dallas for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 19. Covenant will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
