In Thursday's non-league match, the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 19. East Forsyth will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.

The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Starmount notched a victory over Surry Central (Dobson, NC), 3-2, in a non-league match.
