California High School Volleyball - Woodrow Wilson over Troy
August 14, 2025: Long Beach, CA 90804 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Woodrow Wilson Bruins (Long Beach, CA) and the visiting Troy Warriors (Fullerton, CA), observed Woodrow Wilson's volleyball team top Troy by a tally of 3-0.
The Bruins (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Defenders go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Valley Christian achieved victory over Pacifica Christian (Newport Beach, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest for a non-league test on Monday, August 18. Troy will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.
