August 15, 2022: Hickory, NC 28601 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) and the host Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC), saw Lake Norman's volleyball squad beat Hickory by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Lake Norman upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
The Red Tornadoes now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Watauga for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 16.
