August 15, 2023: Indian Trail, NC 28079 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Porter Ridge Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the West Cabarrus Wolverines.
The Pirates (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
Next, the Wolverines clash with the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 17. West Cabarrus will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).
