August 15, 2023: Evansville, IN 47715 Evansville Harrison Warriors (Evansville, IN) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Webster County Trojans (Dixon, KY), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN) in a Southern Indiana challenge, on Tuesday, August 22. Evansville Harrison will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN).
The Trojans now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Henderson County for a District 6 challenge on Thursday, August 17. Webster County will confront a Colonels team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 0-1.
