August 15, 2023: Jourdanton, TX 78026 The Jourdanton Indians/Squaws volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting McMullen County Cowboys to 0 in the Indians/Squaws non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians/Squaws now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South San Antonio for a non-league game on Friday, August 18. Jourdanton will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-3.
The Cowboys (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Falls City (Falls City, TX). The Beavers enter the non-league game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Falls City was dropped by Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX), 3-2, in a non-league game.
