August 15, 2023: Garden Grove, CA 92841 The Western Pioneers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros to 2 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southlands Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, August 17. Western will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
The Vaqueros (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Westminster (Westminster, CA). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
