August 15, 2024: Afton, TN 37616 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Chuckey-Doak Black Knights soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the West Ridge Wolves.
The Black Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Jefferson County by Hardin Valley Academy (Knoxville, TN), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Wolves now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Science Hill for a AAA District 1 match on Tuesday, August 20. West Ridge will meet a Hilltoppers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Powell (Powell, TN). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 0-1.
