August 15, 2024: Reno, NV 89511 The Galena Grizzlies felled the visiting Spring Creek Spartans football team by a score of 19-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Chavez Titans (Stockton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 23. Galena will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Carson (Carson City, NV). The Senators go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Carson toppled Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 24-14, in a non-league challenge.
