The Trinity Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Akins Eagles to 0 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league outing on Friday, August 16. Trinity will play a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bell (Hurst, TX). The Rams record now stands at 0-2.
