In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Fort Bend Clements Rangers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Port Neches-Groves Indians.

The Rangers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar (Houston, TX). The Texans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Lamar was beaten by Nimitz (Houston, TX), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
