In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Bishop Manogue Miners football squad scored a close 36-29 triumph over the McQueen Lancers.

The Miners (1-0) will now prepare for their match against St. Mary's (Stockton, CA). The Rams come into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
