August 15, 2025: Matthews, NC 28105 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Matthews Christian Academy Colts (Matthews, NC) and the visiting South Pointe Christian Patriots (Pageland, SC), observed Matthews Christian Academy's volleyball team top South Pointe Christian by a count of 2-0.
The Colts (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC). The Chargers enter the contest with a 1-3 record.
Next, the Patriots meet the Weddington Christian Academy Hawks (Weddington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. South Pointe Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
